so you want to know more about me?
I'm Alaina, a 2025 graduate from Mount St. Joseph University with a BFA in Graphic Design. Throughout my college journey, I’ve had the privilege of working with companies such as Lavenderoom, Nedasoft, Great American, and Gorilla Glue. I’ve also taken on a variety of freelance projects that have allowed me to expand my creative range. During my time at the Mount, I served as the Lead Designer for the Design Hub, overseeing projects from both on-campus organizations and clients from around the world. I took the fast lane through college and earned my BFA in just three years—cue Elle Woods' "What, like it's hard?".

Outside of design, I’m passionate about the outdoors and travel. I love hiking, kayaking, and my goal is to visit every national park. Traveling with my partner and trying new things is always an adventure, and when I’m not exploring, I’m spending quality time with my family. I’m often found at Aldi with my mom or enjoying time with my German Shepherd, Bohdi, and my Saint Bernard, Layla—if my portfolio didn’t already make it clear, I’m a huge dog lover.

Looking ahead, I’m excited to build a thriving freelance business where I can enjoy the flexibility of being my own boss. I also dream of owning a homestead, growing my own food, raising chickens, goats, and, of course, more dogs.
